Cinnamon swirl banana bread -vegan

CINNAMON SWIRL BANANA BREAD
200g vegetable oil
230ml soy milk
230g sugar
420g flour
7g baking powder
3 mashed bananas (medium size)
+1 banana for decor
50g room temperature vegan butter
30g brown sugar
3tbsp cinnamon
- Preheat the oven at 180c for convection 170 for fan 
- Mix together the oil, sugar, milk and mashed bananas 
- Add the flour and baking powder 
- On the side combine the butter, brown sugar and cinnamon 
- Reserve 1 tbsp of that mix 
- Combine the rest with 200g of the banana bread mix 
- Add a little bit of the mix to a lined loaf tin, some of the cinnamon mix on top, then repeat until both mixes are gone 
- Slice the remaining banana in half lengthways and add it to the top of the cake 
- Bake for 60mn or until a knife comes out clean 
- Once out of the oven brush with the remaining cinnamon butter
