This time of the year can be difficult to navigate if you chose to stay away from animal products or introduce more plantbased food in your life, fear not, I'm here to save you!

Let me share with you all my favourite comforting winter recipes and bakes that will bring all the Christmas spirit to your table!

From my signature Gratin dauphinois, to 'no-beef' Bourguignon, passing by chicken pot pie, Truffle mushroom polenta or an array of beautiful starters and canapés such as my filo fig and cheese bites, smoked 'salmon' blinis or red onion tatin, and obviously as a French Patissiere I cannot let you down for the finish: Classic Vanilla chocolate yule log, Chocolate fondant with homemade custard, Orange Gingerbread cake or a frangipane mince pie will create the perfect Christmassy end to your night.
